Mani Iyer, a Post Graduate in Science from St. Stephens College, Delhi, is an experienced incubator of nascent business ideas. For the past decade, he has been involved in incubating new business idea and also providing funding support to the start-ups in the form of initial seed capital and thereafter assisting them in arranging requisite finances. Mr. Iyer has a strong track record of seeding and funding businesses and helping in setting up and scaling them up in a significant manner.

He started his career as a Professional Banker and gained experience in public administration, developmental financing and commercial banking. He possesses vast exposure to rural banking, agriculture financing, rural focused micro lending, financial structuring of co-operatives, NGOs, self help groups and small & medium business enterprises.
